Executive Director & Founder
Meet EmmaSara, founder of the Mother of Change Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering struggling mothers, strengthening families, and protecting the next generation.
As an author, certified behavior coach, and mother of eight entrepreneurial children, EmmaSara leads the foundation’s mission to help mothers overcome adversity through mindset transformation, practical resources, and community support.
Her passion for this work was shaped through her experience as a former director of a women’s and children’s shelter, where she witnessed firsthand the challenges many families face. Today, she leads initiatives that empower mothers while also promoting child safety through situational awareness education and community awareness rallies that mobilize communities to protect children.
Under EmmaSara’s leadership, the foundation has also organized community relief initiatives, including the Fresh Start Giving Campaign, which partnered with a local organization to provide haircuts and hair braiding for disadvantaged students at Sonnie Hereford Elementary School, helping children start the school year with confidence and dignity. The foundation has also supported disaster relief through Fueling Hope, helping deliver critical supplies to families affected by hurricane damage in North Carolina.
Through these efforts, EmmaSara continues to lead the Mother of Change Foundation as a movement dedicated to empowering mothers, strengthening families, and protecting children.
